Election manifesto to support private landlords
The Residential Landlord Association has published its manifesto for the general election taking place this May.
They promote that the major UK political parties should consider the needs of the UK private landlords, as they are key to the UK economy. Private landlords currently invest a net sum of £50 billion into the UK housing market each year.

ONS Review November House Price Index Report
The Office for National Statistics have released a review of the House Price Index for November 2014.
The statistics map key trends and the January report illustrates an increase in UK house prices, although they are down on the year compared to October 2014.

Land Registry HPI – November 2014
Last week the Land Registry released their latest House Price Index for November 2014.
The report analyses house price data across England and Wales and informs on trends. It provides a guide and advises on the average price paid, monthly charge, annual charge and number of property transactions within a defined period.
